This 10’x 40”+ single-slab walnut table is a perfect example of why we love building with natural wood. The live edge, the movement in the grain, and the character of the slab are all left to speak for themselves.

The base is just as intentional—solid live-edge walnut joined with traditional mortise & tenon joinery, creating a strong, sculptural foundation without taking away from the beauty of the top.

No shortcuts. No mass production. Just solid walnut, thoughtful design, and craftsmanship built to last for generations.

Functional art. Built by hand. Made to last.

Custom cabinetry isn’t just about storage — it’s about making a statement.

We design and build full bars, bathroom vanities, hutch pieces, checkout counters, and everything in between. Whether it’s a rich walnut bar that becomes the heart of a home, a vanity that elevates a bathroom, or a functional yet beautiful checkout counter for a business, every piece is built with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship.

No two projects are the same. We work with the space, the wood, and the vision to create cabinetry that feels intentional and lasting.

If you’re looking for something more than off-the-shelf, let’s talk. We build it right, from the ground up.

Just wrapped up a beautiful stairway transformation.

We pulled out the old hand-hewn treads that had seen better days — splintered, uneven, and in rough shape from years of use. In their place we installed rich walnut treads and matching kick plates. To keep the look clean and intentional, we used square walnut pegs to conceal the mounting hardware — no visible screws, just solid wood and careful joinery.

Clean lines, solid construction, and that deep, warm walnut tone that makes the whole staircase feel brand new.

This is what we love about the work we do. Whether it’s a live-edge mantel, a custom table, or something as everyday as stair treads and kick plates — the same care, the same craftsmanship, and the same attention to detail go into every single piece.

We don’t limit ourselves to one style or one kind of project. If it’s wood and it needs to be done right, we can do it.
Got a staircase that needs some love? Reach out. We’re always up for the next challenge.

From log to finished piece… every single step happens right here.

We mill the wood.

We design and build the wood components.

And every base, bracket, footrest, and metal accent is forged, welded, and finished in-house by us.

No outsourcing. No factory parts. Just true craftsmanship under one roof in north Georgia.

When you choose a Burl Trove piece, you’re not just getting furniture — you’re getting something that was shaped, forged, and finished by the same hands from start to finish.

That’s the difference.

A custom 10’ maple burl table with matching live-edge benches, built for a client’s deck sitting area.

The wood is pure drama — wild grain, natural edges, and that soft grey sanded steel base that stays quiet so the burl can shine.

One-of-a-kind from start to finish.
Hand-built and designed in north Georgia.

This is what we love doing!

Just finished this custom maple coffee table!

The top is a beautiful live-edge maple with rich, warm grain and those smooth organic edges. Paired with our original hand-forged blacksmith base 🔨💪🏼— every scroll, curve, and hammer mark done right here in the shop. Solid steel, heavy duty, and built to last.

The contrast between the light maple and dark forged metal is really striking in person. Perfect for everyday use or as a statement piece in your living room.
