I Dig the Garden, owned by Sara Foster, began growing in 1999. Born in Kansas and then moving to Colorado in 1979, Sara spent her childhood in Florissant, Colorado. Hiking, exploring, and spending time in the woods as a child planted seeds yet to be seen. As a teenager, Sara spent summers building trails at the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument.
