Just poppin on here to say happy fall y'all!🎃🍂Oh yeah and since our last post a lot has been done! Many boxes checked off and many more to go😅✅

We have moved in!! Today was the last day at our condo and we are slowly getting things in place at the new house...all while remodeling. It has been a week of cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning at both places🤪 Now we can focus solely on our new project and making this house a home! I can't wait for the fun to be had by the kids in the yard and I absolutely love looking out all the windows and seeing so many mature trees😍 This hummingbird feeder left by the previous owner is such a sweet reminder of Poppy as he had the exact same one hanging in his kitchen window❤ I know all our loved ones are watching over us with so much love...I can feel it. 😇

My daughter chose her room color in the new house and once lighting is hung this room will be ready to decorate and move in!

Lots of progress today👏🏻

We closed on our next flip and couldn't wait to start demo!!
