About Miles Made, Inc
OUR STORY
M|M was established in 2019 but exploded during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic when having a creative outlet was paramount for founder, Cody Miles, and his wife, Jeannie.
While Jeannie was designing a new laundry room and master bathroom for their home, Cody was in the garage making a cutting board, catch all tray, and bath caddy with leftover wood from a home renovation project. He then posted his creations on Facebook and inquires for custom orders started pouring in. Cody & Jeannie quickly realized their passion for creating & design could actually become a lucrative business, so they reached out to Cody's eldest brother and his wife (who are also masters of their craft), Lance and Stephanie, to see if they were interested in joining forces, and as luck would have it, they were!
The four of them have over 30 years of combined experience in carpentry, welding, design, marketing, and of course beards. Cody primarily concentrates on home decor, while Lance & Stephanie focus on custom furniture & decorative signs. Jeannie contributes by managing operations, fielding inquiries, and chiming in on design concepts.
HOW THIS WORKS / HOW TO ORDER:
1. Send us a message/email claiming a product in inventory OR reach out for a collaboration.
2. We’ll discuss the text and/or image that you’d like to have engraved, the delivery method, and the total cost.
3. We’ll send you a proof of concept of your finished product.
4. You’ll confirm concept & pay a deposit (50% of total order)
5. Average turnaround time is 3-5 days for inventoried items & 2.5 weeks for custom orders (unless otherwise stated)
6. You will receive a photo of your finished product with a request to pay the remaining total
7. You receive your order and it’s the best day of your life! You take multiple photos of it, tag us in them, and use hashtags #MilesMadeInc & #MilesMadeIt
