I love the Ginkgo tree. Ginkgo biloba.
There’s one in my neighbors front yard and I love to watch it every year when I walk past their house.
This is the evolution of the photos I captured just on the occasion I saw it. I left town for a couple of days and all the leaves had dropped.
It’s pretty crazy how most of the leaves fall within the same day.
The Ginkgo is a living fossil and it’s one of the oldest organisms that we still cultivate today.
