It was my slowest Halloween season ever but I got to paint a couple faces this week! Queen of hearts and a Tiger. You ladies are gorgeous!

Had a wonderful mobile art event today at ! The kids made a Tree of Life with acrylics and molding paste. They really enjoyed creating their texture art and we had lots of fun!

Kiyo and I worked an event together today and the last boy in line asked Kiyo for the Ravens logo. Luckily she was able to paint it since he was last in line but I’d say she knocked it out of the park! Great job Kiyo!

I couldn’t be a more thankful person and business owner right now! I posted just a few short weeks ago about expanding my business and immediately booked my first event which ended up being the largest event I have ever hosted! It was a group through the JCC and we had over 30 families (which was over 100 people) attend and I taught them how to make clay menorahs. It was wonderful! We had so much fun and I got to include almost my whole team for this event. I am so thankful for these wonderful ladies who truly helped make this event spectacular! Only one big change for future large events…. I need a microphone! 😂

I am BEYOND excited to share some amazing news! Brush Strokes of Magic has grown! Starting December 1, we will not only be offering face painting but we will be doing mobile art parties where we bring a fun art experience to you! And even more exciting, Brush Strokes of Magic now has a team of artists who will be teaching art experiences! Welcome Karen Hall- artistkarenhall, Kiyo Hamilton, Gaby Wisetsarakool - gabster1410 and Scarlett Nitz to the Brush Strokes team!!!!

Karen Hall is an incredible mixed media artist who has been an inspiration of mine for many many years! She specializes in mixed media resin work and pop art and does murals all over the metroplex. She has artwork in countless homes as well as some galleries.

Kiyo Hamilton has been painting faces with Brush Strokes for several months now! She is an incredibly talented artist and a phenomenal preschool teacher!

Gaby Wisetsarakool teaches art to all age groups at her temple. She helps run the teen program there as well. She is also an amazing preschool teacher and my wonderful daughter!

Scarlett Nitz is a delightful artist as well and has her amazing mother, Karen’s, artistic dna! She creates illustrative art and has done some wall murals!

Welcome to Brush Strokes of Magic ladies! I can’t wait to see where we take this little business of mine!

Brush Strokes of Magic is expanding!!! In the coming months I will be offering mobile art parties! I will bring the artistic fun to YOUR event! I will be offering fun and creative art experiences that are not your typical “paint a picture, step by step” painting!

As I work on getting this off the ground, I am looking to host several mobile art parties at a significantly low price (basically cost of supplies)! I’m looking to gain some experience and take some marketing photos. The catch? Only a small catch! All party goers must sign a photo release or parents must one sign for minors.

Details:
-All party goers need to be ages 5+
-Can be a child’s/teen’s party or an adult event
-5-15 kids/teens or up to 20 adults
I will be doing:
2-3 kids/teens parties
2-3 adult parties
-Looking to do a couple private art experiences as well
one child
one adult
-Party host will need to supply enough table space for all party goers (I will bring covers for tables)
-Within 30 miles of mckinney
-I will be offering a few specific art projects based on age of group/type of event
