We’ve had a lot of questions lately about how tariffs and trade policy changes are affecting our products. Here’s where things stand.

We are fortunate to carry all US based manufacturers. The majority of them source all of their materials domestically, while a couple purchase a small amount of Canadian materials. Because of this we are affected very little at this time, less than 5% in some cases. The long term resilience of their supply lines is one of the reasons we chose to partner with these manufacturers.

While tariffs may not be impacting us massively right now, other market forces still are create pricing volatility. Because of this we’re seeing increased interest in our products and services, so we recommend planning ahead to ensure your project timelines stay on track.

We also recognize that many in our industry are facing these challenges and more. If you’re in the industry and need help navigating these issues, we’re open to sharing what we’ve learned—don’t hesitate to reach out.

Stopping by our Boulder project for a site check and had to snap a picture of the Flatirons. Even growing up in Boulder, we will never be able to get over their beauty.

For this remodel, we opened up the main kitchen area and designed a dedicated space for the butler’s pantry behind the main wall. This layout shift gave us room to add dual, perpendicular islands—creating a more functional and seamless flow.
