Our latest project on a 1940's Denver build. Years of bad repairs allowed a simple slow toilet leak over approx 5+ years to compromise several floor joists and old blocking. This repair required a full bathroom gut and remodel with all new copper and we stayed on budget! Unfortunate circumsances but we were happy to help! Pictures below.

New upgraded rails for this lovely Denver home. Another quality install despite the manufacturers installation guide lol. We make things happen, even when the instructions are against us!😂
This particular railing system and style is a very nice upgrade, sturdy, low maintenance, and the durability will last a lifetime. With steal posts and balisters, as well as, pvc rails and post covers. Before and after photos below.
