Cleaned up some cut offs today. Had these really beefy cherry wedges from a table I was working on. Didn’t want them to go to waste. That gave me this cool arch cutting board. That glue up was an adventure! The other one is cherry, paduke, and Purple Heart. I always forget how close in color those exotics are. I need to stop using them together! 🙄 oh well. Still kinda trippy offset effect.

This walnut desk has been floating around in my mind for years. So thankful I got to build her this week. Looking forward to displaying her in Poppy and June’s makers gallery soon. Go check them out in Douglas, WY. They have lots of great hand crafted and local stuff.
