As much as I enjoy starting a new job I am super excited to complete a job. Not because it’s over or “I got paid.” It’s when I see the clients faces and their responses in seeing the job progress and then”completion”
This job culminated in a four month endeavor of demolition, under pinning new structural beams, building a new deck, installation of waterproof decking system and fascia mounted black aluminum railing system.
Here is the reveal of both Before vs After

Project #3: Near completion… waterproof deck installed and system being installed. The rail is a fascia mounted system giving you approx 6” more on the deck but most importantly not having to puncture the waterproof deck.
Please follow to see the finished project.

Project #3
I’ve been working on this project for the past 2 mos. and it’s just now beginning to take shape. This project has required additional beams installed to lift up a sagging original deck/dining room as well as posts being removed to allow access below screened porch. In addition partition walls were added to conceal the many posts that were previously added to support the 2-story additions. Existing patio structure was removed and a new structural deck is being framed. We will be installing a waterproof membrane below a concrete tile deck system. Follow to see the finished product.

Ahhh! Finito….through wind, rain, sleet and even snow. And of course product delay, search and waiting for delivery. This project which I’m very proud of has gone the gamut for issues.
Here it is; the before and yes, the finished product….short of some patio furniture and a party.
