Daniel and his crew are doing a great job . Daniel has fixed all the imperfections in the level five tape, seam and finish on walls and ceilings that the drywall man didn't quite get perfect. He also made all the joints in the trim disappear for us. He should have the painting completed beginning next week, touch ups and all. If you need a really great painter ,get in touch with me, this man doesn't stop till everything is absolutely perfect. All windows also got adjusted today. Now they slide open and close as smooth as silk.

Hoques 's house just about finished. Sprinkler system going in now then sod, outside done. Painting interior, appliances installed, electrical finish, gas hook up ,glass doors installed on showers, windows and floors washed and this job is finished. Hopefully we'll have them moved in before Thanksgiving. It took quite a bit of time but it will be absolutely beautiful once the final touch ups are done.

Back for the fall, winter and early spring. Looking forward to the next six months doing some work, golf, visiting friends and of course dining at my favorite restaurants. Hope to see you at the job , golf course or out for dinner. You all make my life a fantastic adventure that I wouldn't trade with anyone else. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 😂

I'll be back for the Fall, Winter early spring. We have a couple of projects we're doing right after I get back at the end of the month. If you have any small projects that need to be done over next six months Jeff and I will happily give you a quote on them but I doubt my wife will allow me to build another house. 😂 Design another one yes build it I think she'd kill me.

Now I'm on my summer vacation yeah! I'll be spending my time up at the mountain house in Blue Ridge Mountains. The only work I'll be doing will be on our house up here. Hopefully redo the walkout basement with Jeff Murphy's help when he gets up here in June. That's the plan for this year. And continue the work on our Florida home in the fall. By next spring both homes should be in great shape. Hawk's house has now been turned over to Hawk and his finish carpenter. Hopefully they'll get it done . Requires mostly just wrapping up the finish plumbing, electric, woodwork, interior painting, driveway and landscaping. Hawk has already hired the subs to complete these projects. It's been a challenge to say the least to get Hawk's house to a point where I can step back. It's been a learning experience, the kind I never want to experience again.

I would like all those who are following the progress on this home we're building for the Hauque family to please check in and comment on what they think of what's been accomplished so far. All comments will be appreciated even if some are negative. I annalise all criticism and use what I learn from them and apply that to future design projects. This is the first home of this type I've ever designed so all your thoughts will be most helpful to me in the future. Thank you if you choose to critique.
