Monday market report
Single-family house sales decreased by 0.9%, marking the second consecutive monthly reduction year-over-year, with 9,627 units sold compared to 9,727 in May of 2021. Nonetheless, year-to-date, the market is 4.4 percent ahead of 2021's record-setting volume.

Top 5 thing to consider doing before you list your home:
1: Remove ALL excessive furnitures, wall hangings, Knick and Knacks from interior and exterior of the house.
2: DEEP clean the grout and tiles and the carpet
3: Make the front door look like a NEW door and windows are cleaned from inside and out
4: Repair ALL plumbing leaks
5: Clean or Paint all the walls and ceilings( inside and out) and make sure color is neutral and uniform throughout the house
