We have been very lucky the last few years to work with and along side the best folks in the business from customers to vendors. Late last year this customer happened to cross paths thanks to the factory which gave us a bunch of work on saws that sat idle for years. Last week we were again lucky to be able to install this BEAST of a saw. Pictures do it no justice We installed 45° High vises on it to handle the large bundles they will cut very soon.

We had the opportunity to remove a Marvel 380PC and install a new Amada VT3850A this week out in the San Antonio area. Several years ago Amada purchased Marvel so essentially it is the same saw with today’s electronics and a larger touchscreen which make it very easy to operate in auto from -60° to +60°
The old saw is in perfect working shape with many new parts and is available for immediate delivery if anyone is interested.

Here we have a brand new Amada HFA560P-22” capacity install with 30’ of power and 40’ of idle conveyor. This particular customer purchased 2 of these exact saws for a project. We had a slight delay waiting on the electricians to get us power for the final alignment but completed this job on 5-24-25 so they can put it in use first thing next week. Although we sell and service old machines we certainly love new clean installs. We are lucky to have stayed booked up for the last several years with many more to come.

Have not had much time for social media but we have been very busy taking care of old customers while venturing out to new ones. I never thought I would work outside of Texas and Louisiana but last month we went from very Deep South Texas at SpaceX up to Oklahoma then North Little Rock and back down to Baton Rouge. We truly appreciate our continued success via word of mouth.

Looks like another day of memories to be made!

Last weeks project took 2 days to install and then 1 day of training. Amada CMII75DG can cut 7/16-3” diameter material very fast!

Some jobs are easy while others make you think to find the issues which are normally associated with operator error. Other times you get calls out if the blue to look at machines that should probably be replaced. Yesterday’s job was a large plate saw that was flooded in hurricane Ike and never cleaned thoroughly when put back in service. The major parts work but the parts to help maneuver large plates have not worked in what seems like 10 years. Pictures below are the effect salt water corrosion
