What do you know about Prosciutto and Italian Speck?
Prosciutto is an Italian dry-cured ham and is usually thinly sliced and served uncooked. The most prized and known is Prosciutto di Parma from the Emilia-Romagna region.
Italian Speck is also a dry-cured and lightly smoked ham. It's typically made in South Tyrol, a province in northeast Italy.
Our charcuterie boards may include prosciutto or speck, according to your preference. We usually also include Salami, that is a type of Italian cured sausage, generally dry and hard.

𝔹𝕣𝕚𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕕 ℂ𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣𝕥 ℂ𝕙𝕖𝕖𝕤𝕖𝕤
🧀 𝔹𝕣𝕚𝕖 is a soft cow's-milk cheese named after Brie, the French region from which it originated. It is pale in color with a slight grayish tinge under a rind of white mold.
🧀 ℂ𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣𝕥 is a moist, soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese. It is similar to Brie, which is native to the Brie region of France.
The flavor profiles of 𝔹𝕣𝕚𝕖 and ℂ𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣𝕥 are quite similar. Both are typically described as tasting earthy, nutty, fruity, grassy, and even mushroomy. The variations in taste are subtle, but Brie is milder with a creamy, buttery taste, while Camembert has a deeper, more earthy and intense flavor and aroma.
𝔹𝕣𝕚𝕖 and ℂ𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣𝕥 cheeses pair well with nearly any sweet or savory jam (preferably ref fruits) or honey. You can remove the cap and pour red fruit jam, honey, or nuts on top. You can eat the rind of Camembert, Brie cheese.
Plain saltines, whole grain and multigrain crackers all complement Brie.
