Happy almost 4th of July! 🇺🇸
Working my way to top coating and then back home it goes.
It’s been a long 2 months with me and this set, but I’ll be happy and I’m sure the owners will be happy, to have it back!

Refinishing is NOT for the weak! 😮‍💨
Almost done, but not quite yet.
I need to darken with 1 more round of stain, then we’ll be set for topcoating!

Hiiii, I’m baaaaacck!

It’s been a while, but I have great pieces stacking up and ready to start getting back into it!
I’m lucky to have a few new and repeat customers so, I’m back to it with this classic table, 6 chairs from a repeat customer. It will be refinished in a darker wood tone for an updated look.
Halfway done through half of the chairs 😅 they take the longest.

Hi! I was excited to get this project started and finished, but then life happened, and it’s now on pause.
Cushions and upholstery are not cheap!
So I’ll be painting some dressers to get funds put back into this, stayed tuned!

Update: drawer fully glued, nailed & fitted.
It’s almost done, ha, I said that last time.
Mind you, I work a full time job and have only worked on this for 3 Saturdays (not all in a row)
I wanted to have it done prior to Thanksgiving, but alas, it won’t be done in time.

Next steps: add the drawers slides. Add the drawer face.
Sand/ prime & paint. Upholster back and seating, THEN I’ll be done.

In my head, it’s not that much, but on paper, it’s kind lengthy.

Trust me and trust me the process. I don’t think I e let yall done yet. Just make you wait a little long than expected 😄
