This table was one of those happy little accidents😆 Originally picked this piece in Round Top, TX back at the Spring Antiques Show. Everyone asked what I was going to do with this tired old table. My original plan was to clean it up, reseal it, and use it in my home as a workspace in the gameroom. Then somebody (not going to name names) spilled some stripper on the top of it when we were working on another project. As I wiped the stripper away I realized this beautiful wood was underneath and decided to go with it. You may have seen some of the stories of the stripping process, sanding, and h**p oiling by moonlight. After stripping and sanding, the only product this wood needed was h**p oil to bring it back to life! I added 2 coats of h**p oil and utilized a wet sanding technique with 0000 steel wool then buffed with a soft cloth. The rich tone of the wood, the patina, and the buttery smooth finish is 🔥 🔥 🔥 . Another vintage chalkboard beauty! This sweet little piece is great for additional storage and matches our vintage chalkboard dresser. Great addition for a craft room or playroom. This set will be delivered and on display at KTX Home in Old Katy later today if you would like to check them out.

Crisp white, refreshed wood legs, and just a little bit chippy...this was the perfect combination for this vintage vanity turned nightstands set. The color is in . I added a bit of bonding agent to help control the amount of chipping and then finished with their beautiful lavender furniture wax and simply applied h**p oil to those original legs. Hello my name is Jennifer and I am the owner of Vermillion Vintage Revival. I began refinishing furniture as a hobby after my long days of work as a neonatal nurse. It was a great way to unwind and let my passion for revitalizing vintage pieces flow. After receiving so many requests for custom projects, I decided to open my own small business doing what I love! Now I get the best of both worlds, being able to balance my life as a nurse and refinishing vintage pieces. In a way there is some overlap between my two careers. They both require a lot of time, patience, and very fine attention to detail to get that spectacular end result! I will list my pieces here for sale as they become available. I also do custom work.
