I swore off of vessels this year when I first got to shore duty. Wanted to just sit back, relax, and just observe so I can have a nice little reset.
But when I see that most want to reserve their energy for August and August alone, I said I’d take it. I’ve had the pleasure of opening my home up for years, to newly selected Chiefs as we go through this evolution and on the contrary, I’ve learned quite a few things along the way with them. I’ve done many but this is the largest mural I’ve had the privilege of helping make thus far and a great tribute to honor one of their own. These are not perfect, they’re not supposed to be, but they’re exactly what they need.
For all my 🐐’s out there, the learning never stops and more importantly, don’t forget that You Owe!

LEADING BY EXAMPLE IS AUTHORIZED!
Seen a lot of great things come from this simple design. So many of us stepping out that comfort zone! Accountability can be difficult, let alone make you feel uncomfortable. Good, it’s supposed to. If it has made you feel some type of way, that is a level of shame you’re experiencing. Something I know all too well. The goal is to reframe that shame into humility and take the first steps because once you get moving, THATS IT!
