Our favorite spaces are the ones that make you want to stay awhile. ✨

Game rooms that turn into late-night hangouts. Outdoor spaces made for long afternoons. Living areas where everyone actually has a place to gather.

Good design isn’t just about how a space looks — it’s about making it somewhere people want to be.

Things we’re loving lately ✨

Warm wood tones.
Pattern in unexpected places.
Unexpected pops of color.
And rooms that don’t take themselves too seriously.

Consider this our current design mood board. 🤎

Another design project complete ✨

This space got a fresh new look with warm textures, thoughtful details, and plenty of personality. Every piece was chosen to create a space that feels comfortable, welcoming, and ready for guests.

We love how this one turned out 👀

Some spaces just make you want to slow down. 🌿

Tucked away along the river, this home has that cozy feel we love — comfortable, relaxed, and connected to its surroundings.

The kind of place that calls for coffee by the water, quiet mornings, and absolutely no reason to rush.

Pretty is great. Pretty AND practical is better. 👏

When we’re designing a vacation rental, we’re thinking about the things guests actually do in the space — where they’ll drop their bags, where everyone will gather, how the furniture will hold up, and which spaces are going to make them stop when scrolling through listings.

Because a rental can look good and still work hard.

You bought the property. Now comes the fun part. 👏

Furniture, lighting, paint, décor, layouts, sourcing… there are a LOT of decisions between an empty space and a finished rental.

That’s where we come in. We take the vision (even if it’s still just a bunch of saved inspiration photos 😉) and turn it into a space that’s ready to welcome guests.

One inn, a whole lot of personality. ✨

From room to room, this St. Augustine project gave us the chance to play with different colors, patterns, furniture, and finishes while still making the entire property feel connected.

No copy-and-paste rooms here — and that’s exactly how we like it.

Designing a vacation rental is a little different than designing a home.

It has to photograph well, hold up to real guests, make sense for the space AND give someone a reason to stop scrolling when they see the listing.

That’s the balance we’re always looking for. 👏

We love the bold and colorful spaces, but there’s something about a warm, cozy room that just gets us. 🤎

Soft lighting, warm tones, comfy furniture… the kind of space that makes you want to stay awhile.
