I’m so behind on sharing the behind-the-scenes fun and raffle winners from last week’s sale! But we’re already on to the next, with sneak peeks coming tomorrow, and I had to pause and say THANK YOU!!!!

Christina M. Hankins

Since 2020, Christina and her team have helped Springfield seniors and families through moves, downsizing and estate transitions with patience and a sense of humor. They make sure the bed is made and the favorite coffee mug is found before the first night in a new home. Through estate sales and donations to Thrift Haven, Rescue One and Friends of the Library, belongings get a second life right here in the 417.

We're changing things up a bit tomorrow! We LOVE our shoppers, but unfortunately, a few people have taken advantage of our kindness, so we're tightening up the rules.

**HOUSE & GARAGE: $5 BAG SALE**
1. ONE red shopping basket per person, or your own bags.
2. Fill it with items priced $20 or less.
3. Bring it to the designated holding area in the driveway. You CAN GET ANOTHER BASKET! Sorry for not clarifying that!!
4. OUR TEAM will sort your items into Walmart bags. Each bag we fill is $5!

**BARN & UP THE HILL: BUCKET SALE!**
- 5-gallon bucket: $20
- 3-gallon bucket: $10

**BRING YOUR OWN BUCKET!** We only have a couple available. Otherwise, bring a box, tote, or basket to carry your purchases.

**ITEMS $21 & UP: 75% OFF!**
The tractor is excluded. These items do NOT qualify for bag or bucket pricing.

**IMPORTANT: FURNITURE & HEAVY ITEMS**
Effective immediately, at ALL Christina & Co. estate sales, buyers are responsible for arranging help to move and load furniture and heavy purchases. Please bring help or arrange to hire someone. We love helping, but we have to keep our team safe, too!

**NOW, A QUICK HEART-TO-HEART.**

We've caught people hiding merchandise, wrapping expensive items inside cheaper ones, and trying to leave without paying. That's stealing, plain and simple.

I LOVE making deals and being generous, but **these are our CLIENTS' belongings, not ours to give away!** They've trusted us to look out for them, and I take that VERY seriously.

I know these changes are inconvenient. Trust me, hiring extra staff isn't exactly convenient for me either! But when someone takes advantage of my clients, **MAMA BEAR comes out!** 🐻 And well... here we are. LOL.

**Anyone caught stealing or intentionally cheating our clients will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from ALL future sales.** And if the abuse continues, we'll stop offering bag sales altogether.

To the overwhelming majority of you who shop honestly, treat our team kindly, and support our business, THANK YOU! You're why we love doing this!

We have a raffle winner at our Strafford sale, and we’re keeping this one a secret tonight. This person has kept our crew AND our customers laughing, and we’re planning a little surprise when they come back tomorrow.

Who is it? Nice try. My lips are sealed. 🤐
