Every year during Manufacturing Week, Komo Machine and Polyurethane Machinery Corporation is pleased to host seniors from Ocean County Vocational Technical School OCVTS We never tire of seeing such enthusiasm for skilled trades and sharing a bit of knowledge about our machinery and the manufacturing work environment.

This year, the group toured both facilities, including the manufacturing floors, welding, shipping, and quality assurance.

We wish them the very best in their future endeavors. Who knows? Perhaps they'll work with us one day.

The Solution XL is equally superior to our other machines for wood, plastics, composites, and aluminum, but the difference is the traveling gantry. Unlike a moving-table design, the gantry travels along the length of the machine, bringing the cutting head to the workpiece. The result? A practical solution for handling large panels and sheet materials while making the most of your shop floor space.

Komo Machine, Inc. welcomes Eastern Exterior Wall Systems to our facility this week for training and live demos of their materials being cut in a real-life application.

Eastern Exterior Wall Systems pioneered the prefabrication of exterior walls for large buildings and will use the Fusion XL 624 for part of their fabrication process. This is their third Komo.

Stay tuned for videos of this machine's features and options, including a new option, especially for long table lengths.
