Custom Epoxy Table Tops and Handcrafted Epoxy Tables - Unique DIY Epoxy Resin Slabs

Photos from Lumber Grand's post 06/03/2026

One of our favorite things about seeing customer photos is realizing that the same purpose can look completely different from one home to another.

• In one backyard, a Blosome table sits beneath the afternoon sun, its epoxy surface reflecting the light while the surrounding greenery makes the entire space feel calm and open.
• Elsewhere, a Frost table stands beside a wall of glass, where shifting daylight becomes part of the design itself, changing the atmosphere throughout the day.
• Outside, a Framie table paired with matching benches creates a gathering spot built for slow weekends, shared meals, and good company.
• And indoors, a Fello table anchors a warm dining room, where soft light dances across the epoxy river and makes the space feel welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Seeing our tables move from the workshop into spaces where real memories are made will always be one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Thank you to every customer who has welcomed Lumber Grand into their home and shared their spaces with us. 🤍

Some pieces begin long before they ever enter a home.

This live-edge slab started as raw material shaped slowly by nature itself. Every curve, grain movement, and organic edge already carried a sense of character that couldn’t be replicated or manufactured twice.

Our role was never to erase that story. Only to refine it carefully by hand and let it become something even more intentional.

Then came the Wavea base.

Four flowing steel arches rising upward in a form that mirrors the natural movement above it. Sculptural, balanced, and grounded at the same time. Instead of competing with the wood, the base feels like an extension of it, echoing the same rhythm and softness through steel.

And that’s when the piece stopped feeling like separate materials assembled together. The flowing lines of the live edge. The movement of the steel below. The balance between weight, texture, and form. Everything begins to feel connected.

Not simply a dining table, but the kind of piece that quietly defines the atmosphere of an entire room.

Handcrafted. One of one. Stay tuned for the full reveal.

Some table bases are made to blend in. The Diadem was never meant to.

You notice it first in the details. The flame-cut steel openings. The matte black finish. The way light moves through the column like sculpture placed intentionally in the room.

Then you realize something else: the same design can live two completely different lives.

Lowered to coffee table height, the Diadem creates a compact centerpiece with architectural presence that grounds the living room without overwhelming it.

Raised to dining height, it becomes something entirely different: a bold foundation built for everyday dinners, long conversations, and spaces designed to be lived in.

One silhouette. Two proportions. The same unmistakable presence in every room.

The Diadem table base. Crafted to anchor the room.

A dining tabletop changes more than durability. It changes how the space settles around you, visually, emotionally, and functionally.

Too thin, and the table can feel lighter than intended. Too thick, and the room starts to feel visually heavy.

The right balance is what makes a table feel timeless.

Some spaces call for clean, minimal proportions.
Others feel better with a stronger, more grounded presence.

Because the smallest design decisions are often the ones that quietly shape how a home feels every single day.

Every table looks beautiful in a photo. But what matters more is how it feels once it finally arrives home.

The moment the packaging opens. The first time light hits the wood grain. The way the entire space suddenly feels more finished than it did before.

Over time, we’ve realized something: no two customers describe their tables the same way. Some talk about the craftsmanship. Others notice the natural details in the wood, the way the epoxy catches light, or how the piece quietly changes the atmosphere of a room.

A dining table becomes the place where people gather. A desk becomes part of someone’s daily routine. A handcrafted top turns into the detail guests keep asking about.

And hearing those stories from the people living with our work every day will always mean the most to us.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted Lumber Grand to become part of your spaces and your routines. We truly appreciate every review, every photo, and every story shared with us 🤍

Which detail matters most to you when choosing a table: the craftsmanship, the material, or the feeling it brings into a space?

What began as an unfinished space: exposed textures, construction dust, empty corners; slowly became something calmer, warmer, more intentional.

Floor-to-ceiling glass now fills the home with natural light throughout the day, letting every material breathe softly within the space. Shadows shift across the walls. Reflections move gently through the room. And everything starts to feel connected.

And at the center of it all sits the dining table. A handcrafted brown epoxy wood tabletop paired with our Papao base, grounding the room with quiet presence while becoming the first thing your eyes naturally move toward when you walk in.

The flowing epoxy river catches the changing daylight differently from every angle, while the faceted steel base below adds structure without taking away from the softness of the space around it.

Not loud. Not excessive. Just timeless materials, balanced proportions, and a space designed to feel lived in.

Because sometimes, the most beautiful part of a renovation isn’t the transformation itself; it’s finally creating a home that feels like you.

Some tables feel heavy in a space. The Mavie feels like it moves through it.

Its curved steel legs sweep downward in one continuous motion, looping back toward the floor with a shape that feels almost suspended in midair. Light catches the arches differently from every angle, giving the table a sense of movement even while standing completely still.

Above it, the 72" L x 30" W black epoxy river flows between richly figured natural wood slabs, creating a striking contrast between organic texture and deep, polished darkness. The matte black steel below echoes that same flow, tying the entire piece together from top to floor.

The result feels bold without becoming overwhelming. Sculptural without losing function. A table designed to live comfortably between everyday dining, focused work sessions, and the kind of spaces where design becomes part of the atmosphere itself.

Some pieces simply fill a room. Others quietly define it.

When a living room feels unfinished, the reason usually isn’t the coffee table itself. More often, it’s how the surrounding space is styled.

When balance, layering, or visual flow feels slightly off, even a beautiful room can feel incomplete.

Small styling details can completely transform the atmosphere of a space, turning a coffee table from something functional into the piece that quietly brings the entire room together.

In this video, we’re sharing a few subtle ways to create a setup that feels balanced, layered, and inviting without looking overly styled.

Because the best spaces never feel staged. They feel natural, comfortable, and personal to the people living in them.

Some details aren't meant to stand out immediately. They're meant to be noticed over time.

The Pascal legs keep a clean, minimal profile at first glance. Straight lines, balanced proportions, nothing excessive.

Then the lower section shifts into sharp geometric facets that catch light differently as you move around the table. A subtle detail that changes the entire feel underneath the top.

Paired with epoxy, natural wood, or butcher block, Pascal creates a dining table that feels calm, intentional, and built to stay interesting for years.
