Event Bartending Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the services provided by 2Queens Whip N Sip for your event.

Services Provided:

Duration: Up to 4 hours of bar service.
Professional Staff: 1-2 licensed bartenders (depending on party size).
Cost: $500.00
Included:
Disposable cups
Cocktail straws
Bar napkins
Fruit garnishes
Fresh mixers and juices
Ice
Water station
Custom bar menu
Bar consultation
Liquor liability insurance
45 minutes of set-up time
Party Size & Staffing:

Parties of 50-150 Guests: 1 bartender
Parties of 200 or More Guests: 2 bartenders (additional bartender may be required at extra cost for parties exceeding 200 guests)
Payment Terms:

A $75.00 deposit is required on the day of booking.
The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
Additional Notes:

The host is responsible for providing all alcohol.
Any additional requirements or changes in staffing will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Parties 1-50 cost $150.00
Parties 1-100 cost $200.00
Parties 1-150 cost $250.00
Parties 1-200 cost $300.00

These prices includes our bartending services, supplies, set-up and breakdown.

* A $75.00 deposit is required day of booking your event and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.*

Since you will be supplying the liquor you will only be charged a service fee an additional fee of $50.00 will be charged if we have to supply mixers, fruit, ice, water, juices, and/ or carbonated drinks.

We a very committed to pleasing our customer and providing excellent service. We will set up your bar to suite your needs.
