Presider and deacon chairs in the church at OLPH here in Germantown, all stained and upholstered. I was also asked to add a ledge to our ambo for a resting place for the Gospel. Stained it to match the current ambo.

When work takes you away from home and find the local parish to celebrate Assumption of Blessed Mother Mary!!!

A couple of months ago, I was asked to build new presiders chairs, to be placed in our newly renovated sanctuary of our home parish church. Here I have one main presiders chair along with two deacon chairs. Made of red oak, with hand routed details.

Sometimes the “fun” turns into frustration, pushing your skills and knowledge to the max! Only option is to keep going…

Next project on the table. Ready for some milling and gluing..
