This two-tier cowboy baby shower cake was so much fun to create. Each tier is made with three delicious layers — the bottom tier is rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate buttercream and finished with a light coat of chocolate ganache for that rustic, western feel.

The top tier is a classic vanilla cake, filled with creamy dulce de leche and frosted in smooth vanilla buttercream.

Finished with handcrafted details like fondant rope borders and accents, a decorative cactus sugar cookie, soft neutral balloon details, and topped with the cutest little cowboy boot 🤠👢
