Why Every Visit to Our Showroom “VIP”
We enjoy meeting with customers so they can see our furniture up-close and we can answer any questions they have. We understand the handcrafted furniture pieces we create are a major purchase for them and we take it very seriously. Every visit to our showroom is special, we want to make sure someone is at the showroom before you drive 30 minutes to an hour away into a showroom to visit. It’s common for us to help customers figure out exactly what they want during our time together. We also arrange the shipping product setup and installation as well. Sometimes we need to draw out a furniture floor plan that a customer has in mind, including proposed dimensions, and also discuss Sunbrella fabric colors. Scheduled visits gives us the opportunity to focus on every customer in helping them create a beautiful oasis.
