I have a piece in this show, as well as a couple of small quotes in this article by InForum. (I just happened to be working at the show when they decided to do the interview). Go check it out!

I work on little projects in the spare minutes between the big projects. Here's a Walnut/Maple end grain board that came out with a fun pattern!

What do all these seemingly random wood objects have in common? You can listen to me create them! About a year ago, asked me if I would create a series of woodworking ASMR recordings. I did it, and now you can fall asleep to the lovely, soothing sounds of my woodshop!
If you own a Hatch Restore sound machine, just search for Woodworking ASMR in their library of sounds. Or you can find the first recording on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Apvp9_1DjAE

Let me know what you think!

I realized that I never posted photos of this custom 8 foot wide console. Every element of this project was thought out meticulously to have the cleanest profile and lines while still showcasing the different textures and natural beauty of the wood. Three separate drop down doors with hidden hardware and a slatted front allow for maximum storage and airflow for gaming consoles.

For the Studio Crawl today and tomorrow, check out what I currently have for sale! If it's already sold, I'm always open for a custom project, just ask!

I'm calling this one the Blanket Bench. This is for people who want a quality bench, but don't want to be tied to one design with their investment. Simply swap out the blanket/cushion to change the design. Holidays, seasons, special events? I'm not tied to one design anymore!

A few weeks ago, reached out to me to see if I wanted to try out any of their shoes. I'd actually been looking at buying a pair, but the price tag was a bit high for me. They sent me this pair of Ryders, and I have to say I'm impressed.

I don't always like wearing my big leather boots when it's super hot out, but I wanted the protection. These shoes solved that problem. They're super breathable but still have a steel toe and puncture resistant soles. No need to worry about dropping boards or stepping on screws.

I've been using them for a couple of weeks now. They were a bit awkward to walk in at first with the heavier steel toe and lightweight back, but I adjusted quickly enough. Not super comfortable to stand in them on concrete all day, but what shoe is? The flexibility and mobility make up for that.

They're not a work boot, but they're not trying to be. If you're looking for something that offers some extra safety while still being breathable and super cool looking, I'd definitely recommend these.

For their listed $160 price tag, I'd probably invest in a nice pair of boots, but they seem to always be on sale for like 50% off or more, and I'd say they're totally worth that!

Are there any pickelball fans here?

Backpacks being thrown all over the entryway? Not anymore! This 6 foot long entryway shelf has a solid Hickory top and welded steel base with hooks for four bags/purses. It helped solve one of the problems of this overly cluttered entryway. 😄
