AKDG is the proud recipient of a Midsouth region NEWH Top ID award for 2025! We were surprised and honored at the Nashville NEWH holiday party this week. We were the only firm selected from the Nashville area. The award celebrated the hard work and amazing design efforts for tfor the Motto by Hilton in Bentonville, Arkansas that opened late last year. We appreciate all the team members that poured so much into this project to make it such a great success! 🏆

Congratulations to Kylie Worman, who was recently promoted to Project Designer III at AKDG! She has been a great addition to our team and has completed some challenging renovation projects with style and grace. 😊 Nice work Kylie!

We are excited to announce that Sarah Garcia has been promoted to Senior Designer I at AKDG! We are so proud of all of her accomplishments and look forward to seeing some of her long-awaited new build projects finally open in the next couple of months! 😊 Keep up the great work, Sarah!

It's always exciting when we can all be together! Our team members from Memphis (and one from Colorado!) came into Nashville for a full team meeting so that we could celebrate a couple of promotions, plan for the rest of the year, eat some great food, and even take some updated group photos. Not pictured: our new Project Designer, Julie, that joined the team last week!

We are excited for Julie Niederlehner to join the AKDG team as a Project Designer! Julie graduated from the University of Cincinnati and has several years of hospitality design experience. She will be based in the Nashville office.
