First party of the 2026 Season with our new Chef shirts from Rosella in Borgetto. We couldn't be happier with them.

When I came to the US in 1985, I was only a child, yet only 4 years later started working in the pizza business with Uncle Nino. He was like a second father to me. He taught me everything I needed to know including using quality ingredients in the pizza. It is because of him that I started my own business 20 years ago.

Everything I know about pizza started with Uncle Nino in Oyster Bay. The garlic knots we make today… those came from him. His influence is in every dough we stretch and every oven we fire.

Just a week ago, I saw him on the streets of Borgetto, Sicily, during the celebrations of San Giuseppe. I was able to hug him and spend a little time together—something I will now hold onto forever.

And now he is gone.

I pray for peace for his family, his friends, and for all of us who were lucky enough to learn from him, laugh with him, and call him family.

Rest in peace, Uncle Nino. Your legacy lives on in every slice.

Ciao a Tutti and Happy New Year! This is Anna and Tony. We are excited to get into the Pizza Party season for 2026. We spent the Fall and Winter enjoying some time in Sicily and booking some parties.

Another project I've been working on is a dream business called Something From Italy. It's a monthly subscription box service full of Italian Goods. We would love for you to check it out and be part of the Founders Client List.

As we wrap up another incredible year, our hearts are full of gratitude. ❤️🔥

To our customers, friends, and extended pizza family—thank you for your loyalty, your support, and the trust you place in us to be part of your most meaningful moments.

This year, we were honored to celebrate new beginnings for families, cheer on birthdays, surprises, milestones, and graduations, and even say bon voyage to some wonderful customers starting new chapters elsewhere. We proudly donated a celebration to our National Guard, and one of our favorite new adventures was hosting customers and sharing our traditional sauce-making, passing down flavors and stories we hold close.

We were also thrilled to experience success at the local San Gennaro Festival, surrounded by amazing food, culture, and community—exactly why we do what we do.

From backyard gatherings to large celebrations, every fire lit in our brick oven this year was fueled by friendship and connection. We are truly blessed and endlessly grateful.

Here’s to more memories, more pizza, and more time together.
We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings. 🍕✨

For now, we rest and enjoy memories of our trip to Sicily. Check out some photos here. https://youtu.be/E1wU3m367qU?si=pQF_dt0ftAO-vvaa
