I put everything bagel seasoning on almost anything and this time decided to try roasted cashews!

These were extremely easy to make and so satisfying. Not only does roasting cashews bring out so much more flavor to them but the onion and sesame seeds added a huge kick to them.

To make your own simply quick bowl cashews in water for a minute, coat with seasoning, and roast at 350 for about 15 minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on them and shake every few minutes for an even roast.
