Greenwich Village is getting a new tallest tower.
Construction at The Greenwich Spire has risen above street level, with the crane now up for the 538-foot, KPF-designed condo at 11 West 13th Street.

Just 34 residences are planned, with sales expected to launch from $4.5M later this year.
