Ugh, rough times. 'Goldie' the sharpening rig, has been in the shop. We had hopes that we'd get her back this week, but it's really unclear. Both the faulty parties' insurance and the garage has been jerking us around. All because a contractor backed into the car while I was working. If you booked a time, I'll be there in a rental with my mobile work bench. However, some of my restaurant clients this week might get pushed back a little. Thank you for your understanding!

Today is the day! Bring your knives into Providore and get them sharpened while you shop! We'll be set up by the garage doors from 11 to 3 today.
Don't forget, Steelport is also selling their award winning carbon steel knives to Providore today!

I'll be back Providore Fine Foods ( ) this Saturday, the 23rd, offering in-house knife sharpening! Come in from 11 to 3 and drop off your knives to be sharpened while you shop! No reservations are necessary! Bonus!: Steelport Cutlery will also be selling their wares that day!

We are looking forward to being for another pop-up this Saturday from 11 to 2! We are excited to be offering gift cards as Father's Day is nearing. Gift card purchases of $35 or more will come with one knife sharpened free. Drop your knives off with us, grab some groceries and you can pick them up on your way out!

Drop off location now available!!! I'm excited to announce that will now be accepting sharpening orders for FreshEdge. Orders will be ready within a week of drop off at $7 per knife and $14 for scissors and shears. Also, among other tasty treats, they have a bounty of quality coffees and teas. Come on in and check us out!

Just got back from a little hiatus out to New York. We got to visit the famed Korin storefront. Japanese wares, knives, stones and (of course) sharpening are Korin's wheelhouse (see what I did there). I ended up getting the Kitayama 8k, which is shown in the window on the left side. Also, a brief sighting of 🤩, clearly in the way to catch a flight. Bonus photo of the new nephew Jora! He's pretty cute, huh?!
