Laundry install started earlier today. Get that new cabinetry and install the ceiling later....why not. If your old machines work, well...then don't replace them but make sure the modern day ones fit when you eventually decide to replace. fitted

Today's cabinetry install - A half wall with columns in an Upper East Side NYC apartment. The custom cabinetry subdivides the open floor plan, resulting in an entry corridor and defined office space.
