Since November is Lung Cancer is awareness month, VIPs had to do their part and help spread awareness. This disease is one that id's also near and dear to our hearts as our founder's late grandmother lost her life to it. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a very hard working woman. This is to show our support, respect and solidarity who have lost someone or knew someone who suffered from this.

Happy Mother's day to all the wonderful mothers out there. Your hard work, dedication, undying love is the fuel that gives us motivation to keep on moving forward! You make all our lives worth living. Happy Mother's day from VIP!

April is Autism Awareness month and in VIP we take this cause very seriously as some of us have been affected by this disorder through family or friends. We take it upon ourselves to participate in the walk as well as other events to help spread awareness and show our support.
Here are some facts of Autism:

People may experience:
Behavioral: inappropriate social interaction, poor eye contact, compulsive behavior, impulsivity, repetitive movements, self-harm, or persistent repetition of words or actions
Developmental: learning disability or speech delay in a child
Cognitive: intense interest in a limited number of things or problem paying attention
Psychological: unaware of others' emotions or depression
Also common: anxiety, change in voice, sensitivity to sound, or tic

VIP will always support this cause because it is something near & dear to our hearts. Some of our members have family who have fought hard & beat this disease but tragically we have also lost family to it. We will always do our part not only by annually participating in the walk but by spreading awareness in every way possible. This is an event in which we welcome our family, friends anyone who is open to help change the world and save the lives of women and men everywhere. This year we had a very special guest, which was the mother of one of our Very Important sisters who was affected by this disease but managed to prevail and is now in her 10th year of remission. Thanks to regular examinations, early detection and affirmative action she was able to treat and cure this potential death sentence. We pray research makes huge strides and that funding isnt cut because this can make the difference between life and death! This is why VIP supports The American Cancer Society and Will forever participate in the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk!

As VIP's we pride ourselves in the ability to not only be hard working individuals but caring members of our society.
