I discuss how discovering your own passion—not what others expect of you—is key, and how obstacles and resistance from others are actually necessary challenges that strengthen your resolve, much like weight resistance in a workout. I encourage you to stop giving power to those who get in your way and instead view challenges as opportunities to build strength toward your goals.
