Every house has a couple of curveballs hiding behind the sheetrock. This customer wanted a new dedicated circuit from the downstairs service panel to the upstairs bathroom. Like every home, we ran into some surprises but MCW always finds a way to get the job done and get it done right!

* Emergency call out* customer called us Friday night reporting their upstairs lost power and their breaker kept instantly tripping, we were there within 25 mins and after an hour of trouble shooting we found the culprit. An exposed drywall screw used by the previous owner to install a metal receptacle box was making contact with the hot terminal of a second floor GFCI outlet causing a dangerous short.
