✨Available Piece of the Week

If you’ve been here for a while, you might remember Rosemary… well meet her long lost sister Catherine (IYKYK).

Painted in “Wuthering Heights” by Wise Owl, her soft, dusty blue grey exterior is coupled with a Kona Brown stained interior along with her original handles (now polished and lacquered), alongside lacquered brass k***s on the doors for just the right amount of shine. But because we also take a good interior seriously: block-print-lined drawers added a layer of pattern behind those classic curves.

Seven decades of wear and tear called for some serious TLC, and every square inch received it. She’s entering her designer era—and we’re here for it. 🤎

Plenty of life, good china, and collected treasures still ahead.

Refinished for our client Mr. B - this iconic American of Martinsville Dania dresser is back to doing what it does best... making a statement!

We stripped away the years, revived that incredible walnut, and let all of those classic mid-century details take center stage again.

✨Meet Beatrice….
…The stunner I wanted to keep- because, COME ON!

You may have seen her as the backdrop for our curated collection but she deserved her own spot on the feed!

Miss M reached out looking for a dresser but needed statement piece in a specific size. Knowing I had just the one tucked away in our inventory, we went back and forth on design ideas until I shared what I had originally envisioned for it. She gave me the green light and it was game on!

Beatrice needed a LOT of work. After rebuilding, restoring and color matching her damaged veneer, gilding the original hardware, giving her life with a gorgeous coffee stain and adding bobbin detailing to spruce up her extra lady bits, and a few plot twists later, she made it!

Nearly a century after she was made, Beatrice is back to her former glory—without a single paint stroke in sight. 😉

Sometimes the best makeover isn’t about changing an old piece into something new. It’s about uncovering what was already there.

This STUNNING Late 19th Century Victorian portrait of a young girl is an original oil on canvas, believed to date to approximately c. 1870–1890. From her quiet expression and blue ribbon details to the incredible antique gilt frame, she has all the character we look for in a truly special antique piece.

I can’t even tell you how obsessed I am with this piece 🙌🏻 - The painting and frame have the most perfect patina and imperfections you’d welcome from something that’s been around for well over a century

This beautiful 19th-century charcoal and watercolor landscape depicts Scaleber Force, a 40-foot cascading waterfall near Settle in North Yorkshire, England.

Rendered on warm toned paper with delicate charcoal/graphite work and watercolor/gouache landscape, the piece is inscribed “Scaleber Force” and a handwritten date Nov. 1869

Beautifully framed in a substantial wood outer frame with inner gilded frame, it has exactly the collected, layered character we love in antique artwork.

“Alt Tiroler” — a character-filled vintage oil portrait depicting an old Tyrolean man in traditional dress, complete with his feathered green hat and long pipe. Signed by the artist and dated 1969.

The rich, moody palette from the brush strokes and striking eyes to the incredible black and antique-gold carved frame this one is especially good. Perfect layered into a gallery wall, tucked into a study, or hung somewhere it can hold its own.
