In 2008, after thirteen years of driving over the road, SleeperKing founder Rich Petry made a plan to level up the quality of sleep drivers were limited by. After years as an over the road owner/operator, Rich accepted a regional job driving for Omaha Bedding Company. Realizing that most manufacturers cut corners on truck and RV mattresses, Rich designed his first custom mattress to fit his truck sleeper — and now the rest is history!

“So many drivers out there on the road are sleeping on a low-quality mattress and not get the rest they deserve. We designed the SleeperKing Mattress so that everyone out there on the road can “Sleep with the Best!” I know well-rested drivers are better, safer and happier people on the road.”
