Terry Hannan and Andy Walczak from Delta Electronics Mfg. Corp. dropped in to see us last week. We discussed the integration of Delta’s LOW PIM Tee connectors into our new duplexer product line.

These discs will be part of a lot of heavy duty UHF folded dipole arrays currently being manufactured. After cutting the solid round aluminum rod into the discs as shown below, the surfaces are very rough. Since the quantity is low, Amandeep can face the discs in the manual lathe.

This is a mobile duplexer that was designed and manufactured for the California State Police. The original proposal called for every cruiser to have the same duplexer and overall system configuration. As a result, dimension, isolation, and power handling were of top concern in this request.

This is a dual band antenna. The top portion is 900 MHz (890-940 MHz) and the bottom portion is UHF (406-470 MHz). Other configurations available upon request.
