We're
seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join
our team.

Position Summary:

As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for developing accurate,
production-ready shop drawings using both AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision.
You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, and shop personnel to
ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed and accurate shop drawings for commercial cabinetry
projects using AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision.
Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to create
production-ready submittals and fabrication files.
Customize cabinet construction methods, materials, and hardware within
Cabinet Vision according to project requirements.
Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure
constructability and clarity in designs.
Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from project manager, and
internal team members.
Maintain organized documentation and file management for all project
drawings.
Assist with material optimization, cut lists, and CNC output when
needed.
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience creating shop drawings for commercial cabinetry
or architectural millwork.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision (mandatory).
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, including joinery,
hardware, and material properties.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to drawing accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AWI standards and commercial construction practices.
Experience with S2M programming/export via Cabinet Vision.
Knowledge of industry-specific materials (e.g., laminates, veneers,
hardware specs).
Experience in a shop or production environment.

We recently installed this information center right as you walk into Seminole County Justice Center. The custom oak stain really made this stand out to be unique. The TV was mounted to have a clean flush finish.
