Sunset Aperitivo at the Eolie island

A nice summer appetizer, fresh & unique. Grilled peach with bufala mozzarella, EVOO pine nuts and garnish with basil leaves.

Making these pizzas it was like having 4 blank canvases
and painting 4 different pictures. Instead of the colors I
used fresh ingredients, instead of the brush I used my
spoon, instead of having a model I used my creativity.
Fare queste pizze era come avere 4 tele bianche e
dipingere 4 quadri diversi. Invece dei colori ho usato
ingredienti freschi, invece del pennello ho usato il mio
cucchiaio, invece di avere un modello ho usato la mia
creativita.
