The highlights can also be customized to your preference. Specific lighting, some color on the walls or tile floors instead of planks.
White and grey gives a clean minimalist vibe and calming. Not as dynamic as green or a fuscia but there’s a-lot of options when renovating.
I find the paint color selections overwhelming even as the contractor.
As is the same for flooring options.
