About the Designer
Hilary Mansor has over 2 decades of experience in Marketing and Events on the corporate platform and her expertise has reached a Global level. After having her second child, Hilary realized that she was conflicted between career and children and left corporate America...for good. Enter Thrifty MAMA.
Thrifty MAMA came about organically through a love of warm, rustic ambiance that was always a signature in past designs of Marketing and Events. The homemade touches that warmed an other wise content heavy event or conference helped executives settle in to new destinations with ease so they can maintain focus and make the most of being away from their homes.
Thrifty MAMA wants to bring those sentiments to the community at affordable costs, while also supporting local thrift stores who are an intricate part of fundraising for local causes and organizations. Inventory comes from local thrift stores in the Cape May County community and donations from friends, family and word of mouth marketing. The idea is to get away from mass production and ‘cookie cutter’ furniture, utilize the resources in our backyard and re-love the pieces of peoples pasts.
Services include: Furniture Refinishing (For Sale Items and Items you bring to Thrifty MAMA), Table-scaping, Home Decor, Up-cycling, Centerpieces, and Events.
