Meet The Elder Hollow. 🌲

Inspired by the standing dead wildlife trees that watch over Pacific Northwest forests, this piece celebrates the life of a tree.

Long after it stops growing, it continues to shelter birds, owls, insects. And perhaps a few little souls that prefer to remain unseen.

Carved from solid wood, each lamp is individually shaped, sanded, and finished, making every piece one of a kind.

Some spend their second is spent sheltering life.

Hollow trunks become homes. Broken limbs become perches. Even in old age, the forest finds another purpose for them.

This piece is a small tribute to those remarkable trees... and to the little souls that keep them company 🌲 🐦 🪲

The June batch is officially on its way. 📦🌿

After weeks of carving, sanding, and finishing, these little forest lights have finally left the shop. It's always a strange feeling watching the workbench go from full to empty, knowing each lamp is headed to a new home somewhere out in the world.

One of my favorite parts comes next. When your lamp arrives, I'd love to see where it lands. Tag or send me a DM with a photo once you've found the perfect spot for it. Seeing these pieces become part of your homes is the best part of what I do.

A small shop update:

The June mushroom lamp preorders are nearly finished and on track to ship by the end of the month.

Thank you all for your patience while I work through each piece by hand. Every lamp starts as a rough block of wood and slowly becomes something meant to live in your home for years to come. That process takes time, and I'm incredibly grateful for the trust you've placed in me.

Most of all, thank you for making this possible. Your support allows me to keep building, experimenting, and creating objects with uncommon care from my little corner of the Pacific Northwest.

I can't wait to get these out into the world.

This batch of pre-orders moved so quickly, and I’m really grateful for it. Some of the best walnut I’ve had through the shop ended up in this last batch here… each one a little different because of it.

March batch: out in the wild.

Every lamp that was lined up on the bench a few days ago and is now somewhere between a doorstep and its first glow.

There’s always a strange moment after shipping the shop gets quieter, but the work keeps moving… just in a different direction.
