SF Decorator Showcase 2024 was full of inspiration! Here I am admiring the work of Marsh and Clark in the bathroom they designed called a Vaulted Jewel. The 11,000 square foot 125 year old house on Billionaires Row was pure eye candy all around!

A collaboration today between the general contractor, the superintendent, the electrician and myself along with Ayka (not pictured) on a new commercial building. We (designers) got involved a few months ago, hired for furnishings, art, and more. Now that we are on board to make this new space amazing, we are making changes to some of the areas to accommodate our furniture plan, Tableaux Grills, lighting, etc. It’s normal to have changes as the project progress. It’s all good and we even had a few laughs! We just know it’s going to be awesome once completed! 😄🙌

How about some beautiful, deep green, and a soft, creamy white for a change? Master bathroom remodel in the works. On a side note, this is my 4th set of clients on the same street in Loomis which is one of my favorite areas. 🌳 Very blessed to have great referrals from one house to the next.

Such a fun morning seeing and meeting Annie Sloan of England. She is the person who originated the chalk paint, and had it formulated in the Netherlands 30 years ago. She had such an interesting life of an artist, interior designer, and apparently was in a pre-punk band way back when. 😁 I have to admit I’ve never tried to chalk paint a piece of furniture, but I’m tempted after seeing her demonstration. Also, she has wall paint now too and excited to spec this out soon for a project. Love her process of omitting black out of her paint for true pigment!
