Meet our President & CEO, Joanna Farris!

In 2006, Jo and her husband, Rocky, founded TSI with a vision of building something that would make a difference.

Nearly 20 years later, Jo continues to lead with the same focus: helping people. She believes in surrounding herself with people who bring different strengths and perspectives, while always remaining open to learning, growing, and becoming a better leader.

For Jo, leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about listening, challenging yourself, bringing great people together, and creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow.
