Services: We provide Audio and Visual entertainment needs for your banquet, party, convention or business conference needs. We can also enhance your entertainment needs by providing gaming that range from the nostalgic to the current age. Other services include popcorn machines for light snacks. Equipment is available for professional delivery, setup, operation and breakdown as well as being available for rent. Terms and Conditions Apply.

Other Services: If you need a professional associate to help with enhancing your event(s) we can provide a professional associate to manage gaming competitions and tournaments to enhance entertainment value.

Setups: Surround sound projection and visual effects for crowds up to 250 people enclosed and up to 125 people outside. Setups may vary with the style of seating. We will work with any of the 10 traditional seating styles: Classroom, Theater (Stage), Herringbone, U-Shape, Horseshoe, Hollow Square, Boardroom, Banquet, Cabaret, and Cocktail (include sofas and chairs for a Lounge Zone feel). Crowd size may vary depending on seating style.

Labor
Lumper (Delivery/Pickup): $30/hr (4 hour minimum)
Professional Technician (Breakdown/Setup): $40/hr (4 hour minimum)
Professional Technician (Operation): $50/hr (8 hour minimum) includes pickup, delivery, breakdown and setup

Insurance and Deposit
Insurance plan is charged daily at a rate equal to 10% of total equipment rental cost per day. 25% of the total insurance premium shall be returned if equipment is returned unharmed. The deposit is 100% of total invoice. Terms and conditions apply.
