Today we are going to learn a lil something about the Crested Coral Root Orchid.
This neat plant requires a connection to live! It doesn’t have any chlorophyll so it relies on a parasitic relationship with soil fungi to be able to even exist.
Its unique flowers are beautiful and this is quite the site to see!

Every step counts!

Today I repaired the water diversion on the driveway to move water into the ephemeral pond to the left of the driveway before it enters the main tank.
Even this small step counts! A here a there and you’ve got everywhere!
