Have been growing kale all summer but now that it's cooler (it's a winter veggie) it is really looking great and is super flavorful. Love that I can make kale chips anytime I want just by going out back and picking my own!

Very interesting...as a kid I used to love playing the in dirt, now, once again and I have to say, I do feel happier. Is it because of this? Who knows but gardening does something to the psyche.
