Sweet kitchen renovation. We scraped the painted floor and applied wax, scraped and sealed and raised the upper cabinet, removed fake wood (ugh) shelving next to stove and replaced with wine crates, plus added a wood shelving unit next to fridge. Super low budget but made a huge difference!

Working on a historic duplex in the Alta Vista neighborhood in San Antonio. Beautiful original shiplap wall was uncovered. The boards were removed to add insulation. After sanding, the boards were re-installed using the original nails. Now we need to work on the gap.

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Only Adobe Design Is Rescued From Total Disrepair The previous owner had done little to upkeep the Santa Fe residence, a ’40s design built in 1984. So a new one stepped in to resurrect it.
