Butcher Jones Trail
🥾 5.8 miles out & back
📈 300 ft elevation gain
🔵Moderate
A gorgeous trail close to Phoenix with lake views! Not recommended to hike in the summer!

Inner Basin Trail near Flagstaff
🥾 3.3 miles out & back
📈 761 ft elevation
🔵Moderate to Hard
‼️The road leading to the trailhead is still closed. Access now includes a 6 mile round-trip addition to the Route
Best time to hike: fall

Big Loop Trail in Chiricahua National Monument
🥾 9.5 miles round trip
📈 1,700 ft elevation
🔴 Difficult
One of the most diverse and beautiful trails I’ve hiked in Arizona!

Mount Baldy Trail in the White Mountains
🥾 14 miles out & back
📈 2,000 ft elevation
🔴Difficult
You can make it into a loop by connecting to the East Baldy trail (best for backpacking), otherwise it’s a long day hike (around 20 miles)

Fay Canyon Trail in Sedona
🥾 2.4 miles round trip
📈 150 ft elevation
🟢Easy
Tip: take a side trail to the Fay Canyon Arch. It’s great in any season but winter here is especially magical.

Remember to respect nature and follow Leave No Trace principles to keep these trails beautiful for everyone. 🌿
